Kathryn Hargraves

Kathryn Hargraves is a retired attorney who spent two decades practicing environmental law as an attorney for the former Kentucky Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Cabinet, now called the Kentucky Energy and Environment Cabinet. As attorney for the agency, she drafted bills and regulations, as well as litigating cases in state and federal courts. She is dmitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Kentucky, the Supreme Court of Indiana, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky and the Southern District of Indiana, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.
