Supervised BA and MA programs in international relations, area -, and oriental studies, including online and offline recruitment activities, distance learning and teaching with LMS Moodle, Zoom, MS Teams. A member of the Institute for Humanities' management team, a member of the Academic Council of the Institute, a member of the Academic Council of Ural Federal University, a member of the HR university Committee.

Developed and implemented an authorization project for the University to obtain status as the Authorized Centre for HSK exams, launched three Confucius classrooms in secondary schools, established the largest Chinese library in the region. In 2019, Confucius Institute was awarded the Best of the Yesr 2019 status among 500 in the world.

Launched and managed BA and MA study programs in Linguistics and Russian Studies with an annual intake of 200 students, managed a team of 60 faculty members.

Lead of the Authorized Cambridge English exams centre. Developed and implemented an innovative curriculum for language excellence to meet international standards and large-scale training programs for English teachers and for university faculty

Academic management for 5 departments and 52 study programmes with about 250 full-positions staff and 3500 students. Facilitated and led accreditation process. Coordinated opening of new study programs and led the team of curriculum designers. Conducted student admission campaigns with 700 students admitted every year.
