    Digestive diseases are disorders of the digestive tract, which is sometimes called the gastrointestinal (GI) tract. The most common symptoms of digestive disorders include bleeding, bloating, constipation, diarrhea, heartburn, pain, nausea and vomiting. There are several factors that can cause problems with our digestive system, including: 1. Age factors 2. People who repeatedly gain weight from using the wrong methods to lose weight 3. Women digest less than men 4. Hereditary factors 5. Lack of exercise 6. Diabetes 7. Some diseases, such as abnormal thyroid function 8. Eating large amounts of dairy products 9.     The avian influenza (H5N1) virus is commonly found in birds in several countries in Africa and Asia. H5N1 is one of several influenza viruses that causes a highly infectious respiratory disease in birds called avian influenza (or "bird flu"). The most common symptoms of avian influenza are: . Fever, cough and shortness of breath . Most have severe pneumonia. . A small number of people have the same symptoms as the common cold The Infection of Avian influenza Infection: Avian influenza is a flu virus usually transmitted from sick birds to other birds but can be transmitted from birds to humans through close contact with sick or dead birds.     Mpox is spreading in some countries in Asia as well. Some countries are beginning to take measures to protect and prevent the spread of their disease, such as temperature monitoring and surveillance of incoming passengers and crew. From flights to some airports. If you have Mpox, you should: 1. Tell anyone you have been close or touch 2. Stay at home until all scabs fall off and a new layer of skin forms 3. Cover lesions and wear a well-fitting mask when around other people 4. Avoid physical contact 5. They best way, please contact to the doctors to have the treatments Self-care and prevention Most people with mpox will recover within 2–4 weeks. Things to do to help the symptoms and prevent infecting others: 1. Stay home and in your own room if possible 2. Wash hands often with soap and water or hand sanitizer, especially before or after touching sores 3. Wear a mask and cover lesions when around other people until your rash heals 4. Keep skin dry and uncovered (unless in a room with someone else) 5. Avoid touching items in shared spaces and disinfect shared spaces frequently 6. Use saltwater rinses for sores in the mouth 7. Take sitz baths or warm baths with baking soda or Epsom salts for body sores 8.     Mpox is caused by the monkeypox virus (MPXV). This virus usually affects rodents, such as rats, squirrels or primates, and monkeys. Mpox is most common in the tropical rainforests of West and Central Africa, in countries such as the Democratic Republic of Congo (DR Congo), where it has been seen for many years. It is an enveloped double-stranded DNA virus of the Orthopoxvirus genus in the Poxviridae family, which includes variola, cowpox, vaccinia and other viruses. Anyone can get mpox. It spreads from contact with infected: 1. Persons to Persons: through touch, kissing, or sex 2. Animals to Humen: when hunting and touching or handling live or dead animals or undercooked them 3. Touch the Materials: such as contaminated sheets, clothes or needles 4. Children under 15 years old and pregnant persons (easy to infection) Common symptoms of mpox are a skin rash or mucosal lesions which can last 2–4 weeks accompanied by fever, headache, muscle aches, back pain, low energy, and swollen lymph nodes. There are two types of Monkeypox virus: clade I and clade II. 1. Clade I causes more severe illness and deaths. 2. Clade II is the type that caused the global outbreak that began in 2022.
