대륙아주 티모시 디킨스 외국 변호사(Timothy Dickens)가 오는 9월 10일 2024 세계지식포럼(World Knowledge Forum) 글로벌 비즈니스 인 아프리카 세션의 좌장을 맡을 예정입니다. 대륙아주의 아프리카 그룹장을 맡고 있는 티모시 디킨스 외국변호사는 2016년 대륙아주 아프리카팀을 김경 외국변호사(Kyeong (Catherine) Kim)와 함께 발족해, 풍부한 아프리카 관련 경험과 현지 네트워크를 바탕으로 현재 한-아프리카 무역 관련 법률자문에 앞장서고 있습니다. 또한, 주한남아공상공회의소 회장직, 대한민국 법무부 해외진출 중소기업 법률자문단의 자문위원, 대한상사중재원 국제 중재위원 등으로도 활발하게 활동하고 있습니다.   글로벌 비즈니스 인 아프리카 세션은 세네갈의 전 경제 기획 협력 장관인 울리마타 사르, 에티오피아 연방 민주 공화국 공무원 위원회 위원 메쿠리아 하일레 테클레마리암, 나이지리아 재무 장관 및 경제 조정 장관인 웨일 에던이 패널로 참여하며, 아프리카 경제의 성장 잠재력을 깊이 탐구하고, 한국 기업들이 어떻게 전략적으로 아프리카의 신흥 시장에 진출하고 상호 유익한 파트너십을 구축할 수 있을 지에 대한 실질적인 전략을 다룰 예정입니다.   대륙아주는 매일경제(Maeil Business Newspaper (매일경제))와 MBN이 주최하는 2024 세계지식포럼을 응원합니다. 많은 관심 부탁 드립니다. Timothy Dickens, head of the DR & AJU LLC Africa Group, will be chairing the Global Business in Africa session at the 2024 World Knowledge Forum on September 10. Timothy co-founded the Africa Group in 2016 alongside Kyeong (Catherine) Kim. Since then, our team has been instrumental in providing top-tier legal advice for Korea-Africa trade, leveraging the team’s extensive experience and strong local networks across Africa. In addition to his leadership role at DR & AJU LLC, Timothy is actively involved as the founder and chairman of South African Chamber of Commerce Korea, an advisory member of the Ministry of Justice's legal advisory committee for overseas SMEs, and an international arbitrator for the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board.   The session will feature esteemed panelists, including Oulimata Sarr, former Minister of Economy, Planning and Cooperation of Senegal; Mekuria Haile Teklemariam, the Commissioner for Ethiopia’s Civil Service Commission; and Wale Edun, Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy of Nigeria.
