**KOREA Work Experience (Actor, Model & TV Presenter**

I am currently working as a Freelance Model / Actor & Voice over artist in South Korea. To date, I have worked with companies such as KBS, MBC, Soundworks, Kia, CCM Models, LUNARWAVE, Kickstarter and many others, ranging from small scale to large scale productions.

As a part of my freelance role, I have worked as an English SNS content creator for 'Gangwon Province', as well as working as an 'Honorary reporter' for Korea.Net, showcasing Korean experiences and culture, as well as promoting domestic and international tourism with Korea related content, such work has included work with the Australian Ambassador to Korea, as well as The United Nations Peace Keeping mission in Incheon.


**UK Work Experience (Customer Service and Communications)**

Previously in the the UK I have worked for over 12 years in the Customer Service industry and have gained vast experience, working in a broad range of sectors including both Customer facing / retail and Contact Centre roles. I am an outgoing person who is friendly and approachable which enables me to engage and communicate well with others. Previously as an interest in my free time, I used to regularly practice Karate. While practicing I dedicated myself to achieving a brown belt, which shows both Self-control / discipline and team work. In addition I am computer literate, and I am familiar with programs such as Microsoft Word / Excel / Publisher / Power Point as well as Apple Products, as well as allot of other computer systems. Previous working roles have also enabled me to provide trouble shooting skills. As a keen traveller I enjoy experiencing different cultures and visiting parts of the world which makes me open to new ideas and ways of thinking. In addition, I have had several jobs which have entailed merchandising new window displays, and completing advertising on various social media channels, inducing working on the advertisement campaign for the "Made in the Royal Navy" advert, with the addition of working very close with the client and directors on the account. In addition I have been involved in completing market research and rolling out the new application system for the Royal Navy candidates. More recently, I have had experience working with Sales Force, and Oracle & Supply chains both internal and external and B2B customer service and sales.

This included both preparing and cooking food and boxing and serving. The role though also offered an opportunity to interact with the local people and make them feel welcome and apart of something much bigger and to also offer some support and have conversations with the people visiting the shelter.
