Counting down until The 48th King Arthur Parade!

King Arthur is one of the largest and most diverse krewes in all of Mardi Gras.  We were founded on inclusion and welcome all who share a love of Mardi Gras!

Each year, the 2000 members of the Krewe of King Arthur parades on the first Sunday of Mardi Gras, commonly known as “Family Sunday” in the Carnival schedule.  See our Route

The Krewe of King Arthur is not just about the parade. Every year, they also host the annual Bal Masqué, a black-tie affair where King Arthur and Queen Guinevere are formally introduced to the krewe and the carnival community.

Additionally, krewe members actively participate in local civic and charitable organizations, including Camelot Nation, the Krewe’s philanthropic arm.

From a dream of a couple of 13 year olds to one of the largest krewes in Mardi Gras, King Arthur continues to make dreams happen! Now in its 48th year, the krewe continues to grow and thrive. Learn more

The Holy Grail, a key element of Arthurian legend, was first described as an ornate cup seen by Knight Perceval in the Grail Castle.
