Belated congratulations to Jon Roney for completing another half Ironman recently... 💪🏻   ...IRONMAN 70.3 in St. George Utah, USA   This was Jon’s 12th half Ironman race, and the first one since turning 50. In his own words “undeniably one of the toughest with a cold swim, and hilly bike and run, yet the most beautiful event I have raced.
