    The identification of breakthrough topics and emerging technologies has been of interest to the governments of many countries and the scientific community since the last century. This study presents the status and trend of the research field through a comprehensive review of relevant publications, a new look at the problem of defining the term "emergent technologies," defining boundaries between similar terms; and a modern baseline method on the citation prediction subtask for the discovery of emergent technologies. The outcomes of this technique have demonstrated the significance of features that characterize the preceding 1-year, 2-year, and 3-year citation counts, as well as their impact on the quality of neural network and random forest models. Our hypothesis, however, that author-specific measures may enhance prediction results was not supported. We ascribe this difficulty to the dimensionality curse. The authors examined methodological elements of research and technological development; consequently, it is important to note that, from a technical viewpoint, theoretical research is far from complete due to the vast variety of projects, outstanding challenges, research questions, and market assumptions. Finding more input characteristics to improve the quality of predictions and switching from classification to regression may also improve the precision of the suggested baseline model.

Since this issue affects seriously on the accuracy value of NLP methods and algorithms, it is worth paying attention to. Content of the article includes the authors who have been covered this topic and have made researches respecting mentioned problem, the results that have been achieved, the methods and approached that have been used and the data that was used in researches.

    Haptic interfaces allow a more realistic experience with Virtual Reality (VR). They are used to manipulate virtual objects. These objects can be rigid and soft. In this letter, we have designed and evaluated a vibrotactile hand-held device (VibeRo) to achieve haptic cues of different soft objects. The proposed method is based on combining the vision-driven displacement produced by the pseudo-haptics effect with the haptic illusion of a limb displacement obtained from force-driven synthesis of vibration of a contact surface. VibeRo features a voice-coil actuator and force-sensitive resistors for generating squeeze forces at fingertips. We present an evaluation of VibeRo's pseudo-haptic and haptic illusion effects to render soft virtual objects. The efficacy of the approach was validated in experiments with human subjects.

    LSA Method: Latent Semantic Analysis, an unsupervised algorithm learning semantics from text through the co-occurrence of words, involves:
    a. Creating a "term-sentence" matrix from the original text.
    b. Performing singular value decomposition to identify relationships between terms and text sentences.
    Machine Learning Methods: Viewing text summarization as a supervised or semi-supervised task, the system learns from examples of original texts and their manually created summaries to attempt to generate summaries independently.
    Purpose
    Text summarization has critical practical applications in automated data processing systems. Specifically, in the AES (Aerospace System) under development, text summarization methods are crucial for constructing conclusions from publications. The PageRank-based text summarization method, initially devised for evaluating the importance of web pages in Google's search system, is also applied to identify the most important sentences or phrases for text summarization. Furthermore, machine learning methods, such as neural network-based models (including BERT, GPT-2, and T5), are employed to detect keywords and phrases in the text, which are then used to create text summaries.
