- Covered seating area: Stay comfortable rain or shine with our covered seating area, shielding you from the elements while you relax and unwind.
- Fans for added comfort: Beat the heat with our fans, ensuring a cool and pleasant atmosphere during your stay.
- Prime seating with views of either the pickleball courts or the Land-Grant Beer Garden: Enjoy a front-row seat to the action with views overlooking either our lively pickleball courts or the bustling Land-Grant Beer Garden, perfect for entertainment and relaxation.
- The only outdoor space available for rent: Want a guaranteed seat? Our bungalows are the answer. All beer garden and Gravity Park seating is first come, first serving, making this your only opportunity to secure your space ahead of time.
- Food Truck Catering: We love supporting our local food trucks, and if you would like your party catered with food, we ask that you work with our food truck for the day of your reservation. Our food truck schedule can be viewed on our Taproom page. Outside desserts are permitted in this space.
Pricing and Availability:
Enjoy private use of a bungalow in either the Land-Grant Beer Garden or Gravity Experience Park with plush seating for up to 8 people. Available for two hours at a time. Pricing is dependent on day:
- Sunday – Thursday: $25
- Friday – Saturday: $35

KICKSTARTER ROOM

- Food Truck Catering: We love supporting our local food trucks, and if you would like your party catered with food, we ask that you work with our food truck for the day of your reservation. Our food truck schedule can be viewed on our Taproom page. Outside desserts are permitted in this space.
- Fully Stocked Bar: Elevate your celebration with our comprehensive bar featuring a diverse selection. Our offerings include Land-Grant Brewing craft beer, a variety of liquors, seasonal cocktails, wine, and an array of non-alcoholic options. Land-Grant does not provide a private bar/servers for Kickstarter room reservations. Guests will order all beverages at the bar.
- TV Access: Our kickstarter room has TV access where you have the freedom to control channels and even stream games for a tailored experience that suits your unique event.
Pricing and Availability:
Enjoy use of our semi-private room off of our main Land-Grant Taproom with seating for 12 people and can host groups up to 25 people. Available in the following time blocks:
- 1 Hour – $20
- 2 Hour – $35
- 3 Hour – $55
- 4 Hour – $70

- TV Access: Keep your guests entertained and informed with TV access throughout the venue. Showcase presentations, slideshows, or simply create a lively atmosphere with your favorite content. Please note that some employees of Land-Grant will still need to retain limited access to the taproom. As such, consideration should be taken with proprietary or confidential information when presenting in the taproom.
- Fully Staffed by Land-Grant: Sit back and relax as our expert team takes care of every detail. Our winter wonderland event space is fully staffed by dedicated Land-Grant professionals, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for you and your guests.
- Catering Flexibility: Feel free to cater in food from your preferred source, allowing you to create a customized menu that suits your tastes and preferences.
Pricing and Availability:
Enjoy exclusive use of our Land-Grant Taproom for just $150 per hour, with a minimum booking of 2 hours. This space is available Monday through Wednesday from 9 AM to 3 PM. The space has seating for 60 people.

Monday – Wednesday, only available before 4 PM:
$500 per hour for rental fee, which includes $100 per hour bar tab credit (the bar tab credit will be used towards purchases at a bar.)
Thursday – Sunday:
$1000 per hour for rental fee, which includes a $200 per hour bar tab credit (the bar tab credit will be used towards purchases at a bar.)
This space can host groups indoors up to 55 people, with the option for additional people if utilizing outdoor seating as well.

Enjoy exclusive use of our Land-Grant Extension + Gravity Park Wintergarden space. Please note: that while the Wintergarden is in operation we are unable to rent out The Extension by itself.
Monday – Thursday + Sunday: $1000 per hour for rental fee, which includes a $300 per hour bar tab credit (the bar tab credit will be used towards purchases at a bar.)
Friday + Saturday:
$1500 per hour for rental fee, which includes a $500 per hour bar tab credit (the bar tab credit will be used towards purchases at a bar.)
The Extension space can host groups indoors up to 55 people while the Wintergarden space can host 1000+ guests.
