French Delegation visiting Saint-Gobain Türkiye’s sites. H.E. French Ambassador to Türkiye Mrs. Isabelle Dumont, Mr. Olivier Gauvin General Consul for France, Ms. Véronique Priour French Trade Commission Director of France, and Mrs. Laure Joya Representative of the Undersecretariat of Economy, visited Saint-Gobain weber Gebze site, where they were received by Aykut Aydogan Türkiye CEO along with the operational management team Engin Önder and Mustafa Bilgi. A brief presentation was done about the group, its presence in Türkiye, and our future growth plans, and was followed by a site visit, the session was made lively with insightful business-oriented questions from the delegates. Afterward, the delegation headed to Dalsan Gebze plant where they were received by Hady Nassif and Timucin Daloglu. Mr. Daloğlu narrated the history of Dalsan, highlighting on the company's expertise and industrial innovation, The visit reached its conclusion with a tour of the plasterboard plant led by Fabrice Cozien Dalsan’s site manager.

Antoine Vignial recently visited #Egypt, where he was warmly welcomed by Hady Nassif CEO EMME , Ahmed Wafik CEO Egypt, Tarek Fransawi ,and Philippe PILON. The visit comprised of an extensive business and compliance review, after which the team made their way to the Saint-Gobain Glass Egypt Factory in Ain Al Sokhna, looking at the new float glass line and the mirror line. During the visit, they also managed to tour the newly inaugurated Solar farm. Their journey did not stop there as they also had the opportunity to visit our Drymix Weber Egypt mortar plant located in 6th of October. This visit was especially significant keeping in view the sustainable projects put in place by the Egyptian team. They had the opportunity to meet H.E French Ambassador in Egypt , Mr. Eric Chevallier to discuss the business and political environment in Egypt and the Middle East. Egypt has been making steady progress in implementing more sustainable projects, thereby accelerating its CO2 reduction roadmap. Such initiatives are a testament to Saint-Gobain's commitment towards sustainable development and environmental responsibility.
