  • Training for the new Joiners in the department

    In this project, I was in charge to prepare the material and train the department's new joiners.
    The material was a booklet containing all information about the department (structure, categories, employees, signature, insurances, internal processes and procedures...). After preparing the material, I was training the every new joiner in our team roughly on our processes within the department, before they can go and start learning each their proper tasks.

  • Creating an internal Website using Google Sites for the Net Zero project

    -

    In that project, I was in charge to create an internal website for the Net Zero project, in addition to create a guide for the project, that was uploaded on the website later on. Afterwards the project was handed over to another team

  • Arranging occasionally the quiz nights: preparing quizes & hosting the event

    -

    In that project, I was in charge to create a quiz where everyone in the team and occasionally from other teams, could attend and try to solve the quizzes and win the highest scores

  • Creating an internal Website using Google Sites for Strategy& - Insurances’ portal

    In that project, I was in charge to create an internal Website for our sister company "Strategy&" for the insurances and updating it afterwards whenever we receive updates or new documents from the insurance company

  • Centralised payment for American Express cards for the company

    -

    In that project, I was in charge to provide my knowledge in the Amex corporate card - as I managed the Amex corporate card program - in order to create new process for the employees and therefore new procedures that comply with the new method of payment. On the other hand I was in charge to coordinate and communicate with Amex and understand what is needed from our side as a company in order to put this project in place

  • Brand Compliance of the internal documents

    -

    In this project, I was in charge of modifying all the procurement department internal documents, to be compliant with PwC Brand Guidelines.
    I went through all the documents we have internally in the department, I made sure to change the colors, the images when needed, the pictograms / icons, and for some documents, I had to change the design to match the updated brand.

  • Creating an internal Website using Google Sites

    -

    For this project, the main task was to move our procurement department internal webpage, for which we were using Spark, and create a Google Sites page.
    The website I created was a full Website with a Home page, sub pages... I have designed the pages, I linked them together, I have uploaded and moved all the data that was on the old site we used (Spark), I currently do some updates on the website when update is needed.
