From the hands of Sanjaya and Chathurika, to the hands of the world.   In the serene village of Badalkumbura, Monaragala, dawn breaks as Sanjaya and Chathurika walk through their rubber plantation. As the 'first light' touches the earth, so too rise their dreams, entwined with the rubber latex they source, which has added tremendous value to their family's lives.   Since joining DPL First Light in 2013, Sanjaya has transformed from a traditional rubber supplier to a crucial partner in DPL's globally acclaimed, value-added rubber glove exports. Together with his wife Chathurika, he tends not only to their plantation but also to their family's dreams and aspirations.   Through Hayleys' inclusive business models, 20,000 families find brighter horizons and newfound economic independence.   The latex Sanjaya and Chathurika meticulously gather reaches distant shores as refined products, safeguarding hands across the globe. This is their story: from their hands, to hands around the world. #WorldOfHayleys #WorldOfValue #Inclusiveworld DPL - Dipped Products PLC
