What do you do if your data analysis resume needs to stand out?
If you want your data analysis resume to stand out, my advice is to showcase your genuine work as examples of what you are capable of as a Data Analyst. Nowadays, there are many ways to perform data analysis tasks and showcase them across various media (including your CV). There's nothing like presenting your firsthand work. Fortunately, unlike other jobs, in data science, you can display your skills to convince your audience, be it your future employer or anyone else.

The best thing is to keep learning new skills that the market demands. In this day and age, there are so many avenues to upskill at your own pace. Also, more than simply a qualification, what matters is that you can practically apply the skills. If so, there are so many avenues to showcase the work you do.

What do you do if your data analysis reports are too complex for stakeholders?
If your data analysis reports are too complex for stakeholders to comprehend, my approach would depend on the situation. Firstly, if it is the first time I'm presenting the report, I would make it as simple as possible and include additional explanations to help the stakeholders understand the report better. Secondly, if the report is regular, add a refresher explanation to help the reader quickly revive their memory without returning to older reports. In any case, I present the report clearly and efficiently so stakeholders can make informed decisions based on the data provided.
