Please welcome our freshman with over two decades of experience in product design – Paulius. This adventurous talent has a lot to offer and will undoubtedly elevate our design team and the entire company! 🚀 After several years of crisscrossing Europe with his car and working remotely as a freelancer, Paulius chose to settle down and found a best-matching position at carVertical. Does this move sound boring? Not at all – we welcome his bold ideas. 💡 "Strategic role, remote work option, and flexible working hours are only a small part of the advantages that made me hop on the carVertical crew, " says Paulius, adding that he "always sought to work with industry professionals, and, having worked with several carVertical founders before, was curious to experience their organizational culture firsthand." Paulius has been actively engaged at work since day one, and his hobbies reflect that enthusiasm. In his free time, he competes in local tennis tournaments, hikes, relaxes by biking, and even takes his dog for a 10k step walk. Always moving forward! 🎾 We’re glad to have such a highly skilled and experienced designer, as well as a genuinely great person, on our team. #EveryEmployeeHasAStory | She's a petite woman with a big personality, bringing joy to every corner of the office. Say hello to Agnė Ryliškytė, or as we call her, Agnytė. ✨🥰 Her journey at carVertical began years ago as an office manager. Every carVertical party, team-building, and any kind of gathering has been organized by Agnytė. 🎉 Each event was extraordinary beyond words. We're guessing that's because Agnytė has been organizing parties from an early age—so it's almost 20 years of experience! 🪩 Now, our dear colleague has expanded her horizons—we are proud that Agnytė has organized numerous conferences in different countries and helped to create impressive booths representing the carVertical brand at events! 🔥🏁 However, she's not all about company events—thanks to our unlimited holidays, Agnytė is ready to put on the most comfortable clothes and spend her days in a camper, as she does on such trips every summer. ⛺️ "I like to work among people who motivate and make me feel like an important part of the team," says Agnytė, and we couldn't agree more! 🫡 We're always looking for talented people, and we believe you have what it takes, so join our team now: https://lnkd.in/e5N7NJ-n

🔥 Attention, Attention – new research is here 🔥 Throughout February and March, we ran a survey to better understand how European dealerships function. Here are some interesting facts from three big markets. Are you ready? Okay, let's go. 🏁 📍French buyers favor more expensive vehicles (€30,000 average) than Poles (€21,300) and Italians (€17,400). 📍French dealerships rarely use online auctions to sell cars, while most Polish (69%) dealerships sell through online auctions. 📍Most Italian dealerships surveyed sell at least a portion of their vehicles on physical marketplaces (67%). 📍Polish dealerships sell cars the fastest (4.9 weeks avg.), with Italians following (5.3 weeks) and the French being the slowest (5.6 weeks). We have two PRO drivers here: 🏁 Paulius Petrauskas, our Head of Email Marketing, and a PRO League drifter. 🏁 Ernestas Jakubėlis, a drifter who competes only in virtual drift championships. What if Ernestas switched from a gaming steering wheel to a PRO league car's wheel? 😮 This idea popped into Paulius' head and then became a reality. 🔥 Watch the video linked in the comments – it's emotional and full of surprises!
