𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗼 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿'𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀? I've had the unique privilege of experiencing this process from multiple perspectives – as a technician, project manager, and now as CEO. ⚡ As a technician, I gathered all the information about the main pain points of manufacturing a product and what are the common issues. ⚡ As a project manager, I researched and pitched the product to kickstart its development. I've led this project from supplier research to laboratory testing, finding the right equipment, and creating a whole new manufacturing line in the factory. ⚡ As a CEO, I have the honor of selling this product and leading a marketing campaign while adjusting the platform to provide a user-friendly experience. A few takeaways I can share: 💡 don't hesitate to support your competitors ;) - order samples from them. It will give you a better understanding, help you not to overthink, allow you to focus on the big picture, and better track your current standing. 💡 define your USP clearly - what are the product's unique selling points in comparison to your existing assortment and those of your competitors. Do this before starting product development and revise it afterward. This will maximize returns when you market it 💡 spend more time conducting risk analysis when choosing equipment/supplies - thorough research beforehand will save you time and money later. 💡 marketing campaign - don't just focus on the launch date, create several stages, usually 3-4 is best. Provide some teaser content to grab attention and always follow up several months later, showcasing the success stories. If you're not yet ready to launch your own successful e-shop with Podbase, why not treat yourself with a new crystal clear phone case? 🙄🤳 www.podbase.com
