‘The Witcher: Sirens of the Deep’ to premiere on Netflix. Here’s everything we know
Synopsis
Netflix is, as per reports, working on yet another ‘The Witcher’ anime — “The Witcher: Sirens of the Deep”. While there’s no release date, at least (for now), it may hit the platform in late 2023 or 2024.
Although the plot of Sirens of the Deep has not been officially confirmed, it is highly likely that it will adapt Andrzej Sapkowski's short story called A Little Sacrifice.
As per reports, Christina Wren has been cast as the bard Essi Daven and Joey Batey's Jaskier is also expected to appear alongside Geralt of Rivia. The voice actor for Geralt is yet to be announced, and it could potentially be either Henry Cavill or Liam Hemsworth.
Regarding the production status of upcoming anime “The Witcher: Sirens of the Deep”, it has been developing since early 2022. Netflix has not announced a specific release date for the anime, but it is expected to premiere sometime between late 2023 and 2024.
