Is this company out of business ? What will happen to warranty ? I have got it installed 2 years back and the settings were not correct and Awni told he will come to adjust it but I have been trying to reach him but he never answers the call or text

Same here! I'm trying to contact them for weeks via phone calls and text messages, but the local representative is not reachable and their main office just asked me to unplug it from the power and wait for them to contact me back. But they didn't.

Awni is one of the best in the industry for this product. what stood out for me was his commitment to top notch service and personal attention, even after several years of installing the system. an all around great guy with excellent service levels. his team came on time, installed correctly and were prompt to check on us every few days after installation.
I recommend Awni's company for water purification services.

I have installed water softener and RO 2 years ago, whenever I have issue, Mitch will be available to answer my questions and check the system and change if anything needed. He's friendly and professional. I strongly recommend him.

Omar gave us the RO Water system two years ago. He is incredibly honest, modest, and talented in his job, and we have been extremely satisfied with the help he has provided. His excellent installation has made the soothing and clear water much appreciated by our family.
Whenever I even send a message Omar answers quickly, assists with video calls, and arrives right away to assist with any issues that may arise.

I had Advanced Pure Water System install the soft water machine and RO water system 5 years ago and everything has been great. Mitch still provides excellent customer service and I'm glad we had gone with this company. If I have any questions or issues, he always helps quickly.

He educated me about hard water, and we ended up getting a soft water system as well as a purified drinking water system installed. I didn't think I wanted the purified water system, but absolutely love it. It is so convenient to use and great for cooking. I used to get water in a cup from the refrigerator and pour it into a cooking pot which took forever (at my old house). I didn't even know that the refrigerator water wasn't even that pure and paid about $50 about every 6 months for the filter. The filter for the purified water is $95 and lasts about 18 months, and the water is as pure as bottled water because it uses reverse osmosis. With the soft water system, I no longer have dry, cracked hands, from doing the dishes. And you use less soap/shampoo. My clothes smell better, and our pipes won't have mineral build up. But you don't have to take my word for it. Do the research. Mitch answered every call/text immediately and has always took care of every issue which really is important with the company. It wasn't just about making the sale, but taking care of the customer.

Awni helped us with setting up a water softener and a RO water purification system in our previous house. He was very clear and concise with his explanations and helped us understand the details of the softener and the purification system. Awni was quite responsive, provided a clear quote and the timeline for installation. Miguel did the installation professionally and he arrived on the set date and time.
We contacted Awni again when we moved to a new house to set up another water softener and a RO water purification system. We had a similar experience as before - which was great.
