All Brand Appliance Repair

I'm glad that I'm the first one to write a review about All Brand appliance Repair. I'm gladly giving them a GOOD rating, because customer service is their main priority. After my brother forgot to close the refrigerator's door, we realized that our Bosch refrigerator didn't cool properly ( it was keep running with the open door). When it happened we were short in money but having a broken refrigerator is not something we can wait very long to repair, so we were in need of immediate fridge repair.
Word of mouth is the best decision to find the reliable and good appliance repair company. My wife's co-worker recommended these guys, and they were awesome! When i left a message at All Brand Repair, the call was returned in about 20 minutes. I was impressed how carefully he was listening to me, asking questions professionally and then even put me on hold while he called tech to make sure that he is able to come the same day ( i needed immediate Bosch refrigerator repair).
The tech guy arrived in couple of hours after i got a call from All Brand Repair Company., and fixed my Bosch refrigerator quickly. While he was fixing my appliance, Jacob entertained me telling a lot of funny stories about how he partied when he was young. He is such a nice guy! It was a pleasure not only to talk to him but also to hire this company to repair my refrigerator.

Very responsive and customer oriented company. So easy to setup an appointment. Emil texted me 15 minutes before arriving on-site and showed up right on time. He assessed the issue with my drawer dishwasher in no time and fixed it in less than 25 minutes. Emil is on top of his game. Besides that, he's a good communicator and very friendly gentleman.
I have already referred him to our building manager who is always looking for professional and reliable vendors!!

The serviceman was very nice but until my fridge is fixed, I really can't rate. I'll check back.

Called them on a recommendation from an acquaintance. They did a great job. Came quickly. Found the issue with the dishwasher. Ordered the part and came back the following week, at which point the machine was functional. The repair was good for about six months, but it required an adapter to be long lasting. They ordered the adapter and fixed it a week later at no extra charge. Meanwhile I was able to use the machine after the very first repair. Great value. I will use them again for sure.

Amazing work! Very responsive! Very knowledgeable!

My Wolf 6 burner gas range oven, about 12 years old, kept shutting off on me. The power would just turn off and the oven would not be usable. I've worked with several appliance repairman before who always seem mystified on what the problem could be. Serge came out and was amazing in his ability to diagnose the problem. Very knowledgeable in his craft. Highly recommend! I will definitely be a returning customer for any future appliance repair needs.

Dimitry was simply exceptional!

He was patient, thoughtful and was able to diagnose and fix my washer's draining issue within an hour. I hope I don't have to see him again but will definitely call All Brand Appliance Repair if I have other issues!

Our GE dryer stopped heating up! It would run but would simply not heat. We called and they had Leon out to us in under an hour. Leon was very knowledgeable, found the issue, double checked any other possible contributing sources of the problem, and fixed it! Will call them again for any future problems!

Liars! change your name. I asked about my brand. No they don't fix that. I asked about anyone who might. She told me to use YELP. I said that's how I found you. Waste of time. Perhaps a more helpful receptionist- or name.
