I had Dimitri out to check on my Frigidaire washing machine which was dripping slowly inside the tank. He came on a Tuesday afternoon after I called that morning--hooray for same-day service!

He said after 5-10 years these top-load machines can develop a problem with their intake, so you need to replace that part. None in stock but they can order and it would arrive by Friday or Monday. It arrived by following Monday, he came that day and fixed the machine. He showed me the failed part after he'd removed it. All in nearly $500, but should get some more years of life out of this washer.

While there he also took a picture of my dryer vent and advised for safety that I get it cleaned before running the dryer more, and get it cleaned every year. That's not a business they do, so I appreciated him taking the time to give the safety advice.

I've used All State Appliance Repair before and I'll use them again!

Put in a service request on Yelp on Saturday, had a technician in my house on Monday at 11am.

Courteous, professional, and knowledgeable with great advice for my 24-year-old gas/electric hybrid oven. My issue wound up being irreparable, so although he was here for 30 minutes, he didn't even charge me. Not the answer I wanted to hear, but a straight shooter.

I'll be calling direct next time I have an issue. Excellent service.

I checked out Yelp for an appliance repair company and came across All State Appliance Repair. The reviews were great, and they are licensed. Called, a friendly woman named Anna answered. She was able to offer same day service within 2 hours of my call.
A young man named Dmitry arrived when expected. Personable, friendly, and thorough in his assessment. I've never needed to pay for a stove failure, so I can't speak to the value. Well worth it!!! I'll definitely contact them again for my appliances repairs.

Allstate responded promptly to request and scheduled a time that worked for us.
Technician came out and assessed the problem with our oven, had the replacement part with them, and fixed it right away.

Repair: Asko Dishwasher

All State Appliance Repair was able to schedule my appointment within a quick time frame to fix our older model Asko dishwasher. Daniel arrived on time. Because the kitchen floor was installed later then the dishwasher, it was raised higher than the base of the dishwasher. Daniel did an admirable job of extracting the dishwasher unit from the raised flooring and the built in kitchen cabinets. He repaired the drain module and he also installed a new water pump. We are very happy that the old dishwasher was repaired and we did not have to buy a new one. Daniel was clear in his communications and competent.

Daniel was so helpful. I appreciate his honesty and transparency in assessing our fridge and letting us know we should probably replace it, when he probably could have charged us a lot to try repairing it. Very prompt, reasonable price. Would highly recommend!

Kenmore clothes dryer; power button lights on; start button no response. Allstate made me a same-day appointment, I was grateful for that, and they were easy to get a hold of and easy to talk to. Daniel called to let me know he was on his way. He showed up on time and got straight to work, diagnosing the issue and taking the dryer apart zippity zap; he knew exactly what he was doing and what he was looking for which gave me faith in his work. He had the part I needed, installed it so fast I didn't even see him do it. Done, fixed. I was so impressed with this guy's capabilities. The repair cost ~1/3 the price of a new dryer, but that was expected based on my experience with washer/dryer repairs. And it was repaired the same day, no hassle. Daniel was nice and answered my questions. Excellent customer service.

IGOR came to look my dishwasher, found out what the problem was very competently explained everything why the dishwasher wasn't working, everything was done very professionally.

Pros: Same day appointments available; I called around 9am and they came around 2pm.

Cons: Were not empathetic about my situation, gave general information, did not ask questions to try to help diagnose the problem I had with my washer. The person I talked to on the phone just wanted to give me an appointment.

$85 for them to come out. It was literally 5 min max and they were out; I guess it was better that the service guy was honest and transparent and didn't waste my time. It was a pricey house call for me though.

Overall, if you are in a pinch and need an appointment same day they are reliable. Customer service is meh.

Daniel was awesome!! He helped order some parts to fix a loud noise my washing machine was making and followed up to make sure it was fixed! He also taught me how to keep my machines clean and working going forward! Thx thx thx!!
