Francisco was a great guide who was both informative and helpful. He was polite and courteous throughout the tour. I highly recommend setting up an appointment with him.

I currently live here, my gf and I moved in about a year ago. We moved in unpack and I go to run a load of dishes to test the washer. The dish washer is full of mold. I called maintenance they came barely scrubbed it so I actually ended up cleaning it out. Turned out it didnt even work. They came back and forth before finally replacing the washer long after we moved in.
Today I had to stay home from work as our door wont lock. Turns out our Key fob needs to be updated they have my key fob and said it wont be ready until Saturday its a Monday. This is a safety and Security issue and is costing us a good amount of money this week. I have a career and a team to lead at my job and missing days like this cost me thousands of dollars, Even more important than money my gf and puppy and cat live here and I cant go to the store and get them food with the door not locking. The office which says its open online remained closed today even though they hung a sign that said they would be back at 2:30. Nobody has returned our calls, and anyone could just walk inside my apartment. I have lived in this area in different apartments and homes and never have experienced anything this. The fact I cant lock my door and go work, shop, run errands and keep my stuff and family safe is unacceptable.
Not only does your fob need to be updated your battery can die too which happened to me so I was locked out after a trip to the store which led to hundreds of dollars of wasted food.
Worst Locks ever. Never had an issue with a normal key.
The Parking here is horrible too.
This place has caused me to miss work, feel unsafe, waste groceries, burn money and like I said miss out on thousands of dollars for missing my job.

UPDATE
The management team has not responded to my calls or my girlfriend's phone calls. They were quick to respond on this platform because they care about their appearance online. I got an updated key fob after I had to miss 2 days of my career. Missed out on a lot of money enough to pay multiple months of Rent and for an engagement Ring. $27,400. It cost me for being stuck at home. My Lawyer wants me to legal action against the complex as it violates several building codes that were put in place in 2009. I don't want to go that route though hopefully I can get a hold of someone and settle this issue. This review is specifically for my interaction with Francisco!
I called the apartments to inquire about openings and he was extremely helpful and kind. He advised I could come in and tour the place SAME DAY - how convenient! When I showed up - he was an absolute delight. He was very very knowledgeable and the apartment itself was absolutely stunning! The amenities are what drew me to the complex, and seeing the pool in person was a sign that this place was for me!
When I expressed my interest in possibly renting here, he forwarded me the application and guided me through every process. He was super knowledgeable and answered my questions and concerns.

I visit these apartments regularly and every time I've come, the garbage is overflowing onto the ground. I make sure to take plenty of pictures because it's that unbelievable that people pay so much money and still have to deal with disgusting conditions. People don't pick up after dogs. The maintenance men enter the apartments when the residents aren't home and have been caught doing so. The workers in the office are rude and disrespectful and that's being nice. With so many lovey luxury apartments to choose from, you should look elsewhere. The apartments across the street are regular apartments but somehow get kept in stellar condition. Do your homework before deciding to go with these overpriced apartments.

I so wish I could give this place 0 stars.. I'm a returning resident and I currently regret signing a lease here after not even 2 months of moving back in. We moved into an apartment that had a broken fridge, a broken front door that wouldn't shut, and a number of other things wrong with the unit to which we were told couldn't be fixed for 3 days UPON MOVE IN. What a joke. For what they charge for this place, that's completely ludicrous. However, it fits the bill for this place as there is never anyone working in the office or answering their phones. All the leasing office cares about is showing potential tenants available units for rent. You can NEVER get anyone on the phone, even though their business hours are listed M-F (9-6) and
they're often closed during regular business hours. Rarely will you receive a callback if you leave a voicemail.
I digress..... I parked my car in what I was told was my assigned parking spot (that I pay $25/month for) waaaaaay on the opposite end of the complex from where my unit is located. Which makes no sense? Why wouldn't you have spots designated for certain units that coincide with where they are located within the complex lol ??
I came back from Christmas vacation to find a parking violation on my car, to which I was told the leasing agent who did our paperwork never documented my parking space number in our lease which almost resulted in my car being towed.
The latest and greatest injustice Altura has displayed, is refusing to refund my pet deposit when I finally received a new ESA certification for my dog. A month and a half we have lived here and they refuse to cooperate and return my deposit (which is illegal) since you cannot charge any fees in connection to an ESA.
I could go on for days on how poorly my experience has been since I've returned to Altura. Management is nonexistent, unreliable, unresponsive and just down right useless. RENTERS BEWARE. I would avoid this place at all costs. If you want your packages stolen out of the mail room, your car towed for parking in your own spot, no help from the leasing office whatsoever, and living in and around a landfill, this place is for you! Best of luck to you. You'll lose your mind living here.

Thank you for expressing your concerns regarding Altura. In regards to your home and its finishes, I apologize these things weren't taken care of prior to you moving in; however, happy that we did take care of your concerns.
The office is open 9am - 6pm, the demands of the business requires staff to be in and out of the office throughout the day. We do aim to return all calls the same day.
Regarding your security deposit, Shannon should have sent you highlighted areas on the lease that speaks towards this.

Staff unprofessional and do not properly charge residents for utilitily bill back services. I have been overcharged multiple times and had to bring it to management attention. Upon moving out they over charged me and will not respond.

I have lived at the Altura Apartment residences for almost a year. My move in date was November 2022. I have nothing but great things to say about Shannon (Property Manager) and the staff. The people who work with Altura are extremely courteous. If I have any problems with any appliances, the issue get addressed immediately. The fitness center and pools are state of the art. Parking is well if you obtain a parking spot. Parking spot prices are very affordable. I highly recommend getting one if you are planning on moving in. Altura Apartments also have yearly events which shows their commitment to the community. Overall, five stars.

We've lived at Altura Apartments for three years. The apartments are attractive and modern with high end appliances and finishes. Management is very responsive and diligent. The complex is kept in top notch shape. We've had very few maintenance issues. The dryer began steaming up the apartment signaling a clogged or broken vent hose. I placed a work order online and Maintenance arrived at our door the very same day and fixed the issue. The maintenance men were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. We enjoy living here and highly recommend Altura Apartments.
