      After 20+ years, our Miele dishwasher bit the dust. I called my usual go to appliance repair people, only to find that they don't repair Miele dishwashers or were out of business. So I found Delta High End on line.

      My experience with Delta was A+ from start to finish. The customer service rep who answered my call was a pro and landed me a same day appointment. Delta uses a very efficient email, text and online confirmation, billing and update system. Our tech, Fred, was courteous and highly skilled in appliance repair and installation.

      No surprise, our 20+ yr old Miele was rotted out. I searched online for Miele options, and Fred suggested a model that fit our needs that Delta had in stock. Two days later, he returned and installed the new, shiny dishwasher. Done!

      Absolute swindlers. The tech did nothing to diagnose the dishwasher. He pressed the reset button and started the machine, which stopped running 5 mins after he left. Didnt reinstall the unit, just asked - 'cash or charge for the $130'. I called the shop 3 times the same day asking when I would receive a diagnosis and estimate - they said same day. They didnt send until 2 days later. When I disputed the charge with the credit card company - they provided false accusations that the unit was stuck and that he was unable to diagnose. If he was unable to diagnose, then how on earth did they send me a repair estimate for $478?
      This outfit is super shady - beware.

      This business is a SHAM. They come out, collect $ for the visit that they say they'll put towards the repair, but then never follow up with quote or service. So basically, $130 for a 15 min visit where they confirmed what I already knew- that my washing machine was leaking. I asked for Boris, I got Nick- this place is a freaking racket. RUN, do not walk, away from these hucksters.

      My 4/6/24 review is 100% true and accurate. Since then, Morris has continued to call my wife, requesting that the review be removed.

      Boris's technician diagnosed the problem with our Meli dishwasher without even opening the bottom compartment. According to their diagnosis, a replacement Miele Drain Pump assembly was needed, costing a whopping $594.86. On top of that, they charged a $130 service call fee just for the diagnosis.

      However, before committing, I sought a second opinion from another appliance repair service. Their technician took a more thorough approach, performing a visual inspection and then accessing the bottom compartment by removing dishwasher shelves and spray arms. They found that the issue was simply debris buildup, which they efficiently removed, completely resolving the problem.

      When I confronted Boris about the misdiagnosis and requested a refund for the service call fee, he explained that doing so would "economically affect his service technician."

      I paid for the labor and a part to repair an ice machine, it still does not work.

      They wanted to bill me again for labor and an additional part. I was ok paying for the part not for the labor. I have call them at least 8 times and they will not return my call. I will not use them again.

      Came and did estimate, which I paid for, and then never responded to my repeated calls for follow up appointment. Markup on estimate was around 300% for cost of parts were I to order them directly from thermador

      Rarely write bad reviews but customers should beware here

      Our Viking Oven was randomly shutting off and needed fixing. This company has come by 4 different times (totaling $3,000 of repairs) to fix different parts and replace different parts. Each time they said it would be working, but it still isn't fully functional

      Most recently, the thermostat has stopped working which the Company themselves had just replaced a month ago. So the guy said he would order another one and reinstall it.

      That was over 3 weeks ago and no one has called back saying when they will re-install it. I have called them now 3 times to check on the replacement of the replacement they installed (apparently incorrectly) and haven't gotten any updates.

      Save your $ and go somewhere else

      We have had great service twice. First time was right before Christmas and Jim fixed our American Range oven in time for holiday baking.
      Second time it stopped working 2 1/2 years later.... right before 4th of July weekend. Jim was able to come and fix it July 3.

      Will not use again . Changed appts 3 times, very expensive. After I payed them I requested a detailed diagnosis of refrigerator repair because it was needed for warranty. Called in twice talked w/ Boris and promised he send one but never got it !
      Not happy at all !!!
