PRV replacement: I was hearing loud water hammer sound when the automated sprinkler turns on At my home. Carlos Mandoza diagnosed high water pressure due to non functioning PRV and helped to replace it. The sound went away after replacement. Couple of other technicians checked this out before Carlos from both Jazz and another company but couldn't diagnose the root cause correctly We wasted money replacing extension tank and water heater.

In August I had a routine maintenance done in my AC and furnace equipment so we could optimize our system. The service provided was great. The technician, M Renteria was on time, did a nice job cleaning everything and was very attentive to my concerns.

We recently had our furnace and air conditioner replaced by Jazz Heating and AC, and we couldn't be more satisfied with the experience! From the initial consultation with Diego Aponte to the installation, the entire process was smooth and professional. The technician Tony Urbina was punctual, knowledgeable, and very respectful of our home. He took the time to explain our options and answered all of our questions patiently, making sure we were comfortable with our choice.

The installation itself was seamless. Josh Smith and his crew worked efficiently, kept the area clean, and completed the job within the promised timeframe. Our new HVAC system works perfectly, and we've already noticed an improvement in comfort and energy efficiency.

When I bought my house about 10yrs ago, I had Mirza and his dad(Jazz) put in new A/C units along with a half unit. They did a great job. No issues.
Recently my half unit wasn't cooling. Diego from Jazz came and explained what was going on. He was very professional, in uniform, and courteous!
He fixed my unit temporarily but had to schedule someone else to come back and repair a leak.
Then, Cody and his partner came and fixed it a few days later. They were also nice and courteous!
Wow, It's very hard to find great customer service these days!

Company came out to give me a quote for an automatic shut off valve that I needed installed for the gas line per new insurance requirements.

The company was professional when it came to setting the appointment and the technician showed up on time and was friendly and professional. But then what I got back from them for pricing was shocking!

My advice to anyone planning to work with them is to call and get several other quotes as this is the first company I had called based on my insurance agent's recommendation and their quote was almost 5x higher than what I ended up paying another company to do the same job! I couldn't believe it...I mean I can understand some difference but there's no justification to be almost 5x higher...we are talking about thousands of dollars in price difference for a simple 1 - 1.5 hour labor for this job. When I asked their tech why it costs so much and what the hourly labor rate was he wouldn't quite give me a proper breakdown but told me it would be a couple of hours for the install and the part was expensive because I had a 2 inch gas line which is apparently not standard and that he had never seen a 2" gas line in the decades of doing this work and needed to order special parts. Seemed odd to me that a shut off valve could cost so much so I decided to get some other quotes...ends up that another company was able to do the install on a 1.5" section of the line and ended up completing the job in just over an hour or so and saved me thousands of dollars. I'm glad I double checked and I would recommend anyone else thinking of using this company should double check too just to keep them honest! I can't believe they thought it's ok to charge that much more thinking that I would not know and would just pay it.

Two words. Jose Bruno! He is the main reason for this 5 stars review.

He came out to give a quote for seismic shutoff valve installation. Easy to talk to, very professional. I ended up having him install 2 seismic shutoff valves at 2 properties and a water restriction valve as well.

I particularly like the company's use of servicetitan.com which shows technician's ETA. Instead of waiting for 2-4 hour windows, like most other companies. I then was able to text with him directly. He was prompt, clear and got everything done in timely fashion.

Would def use Jazz again (in fact, I have another quote with them scheduled) and would def ask for Jose Bruno on my next calls.

Carlos replaced our sink food disposal system.
He explained everything as he went along and showed us how to reset the system in the event of a power outage, which I had never even heard of!
He was very knowledgeable and did a great job.

Carlos helped us with some other plumbing issues in the past.

Let me tell you about the plumbing superhero, Matthew Tiner, who swooped into our home to battle the forces of evil--aka a slow drain in our utility sink. With a confident stride and a knowing look, it took him just moments to diagnose the problem, as if he had a PhD in clogged pipes.

He threw out a couple of suggestions like a seasoned plumber would toss a wrench: casually but with purpose. Then, it was showtime! Of course, the sink tried to put up a fight, throwing some snags in Matthew's way, but did he panic? Not a chance. He just pulled out his secret weapon--experience--and BAM! The sink gave up faster than I surrender at a buffet.

Long story short, Matthew saved the day. Would I recommend him? Oh, absolutely. Would I call him again? You bet. Although, if my drains could keep it together, that'd be great. Thanks, Matthew!
