Paulo was extremely friendly through the whole process. I was really impressed by how he actually *listened* to me and my partner, whether it was our questions about trims and accessories, logistics, or personal anecdotes we shared along the way. I expected to be pushed towards the higher end, but if anything Paulo encouraged me to ask myself what I really needed and not get anything I'd later regret.

Buying a car is not exactly my idea of a fun time, but SF Honda takes a lot of the pain out of it.

My husband and I had not intended to purchase a car when we visited San Francisco Honda two weekends ago. We were there to test drive a car and to get an appraisal on our Toyota Prius and Jeep Renegade. If it had not been for Jon Ruiz, we might still be test driving other vehicles elsewhere. As it was, because of him, we traded in our Prius and Renegade for a brand new, 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid.

From the moment we arrived at the dealership and Jon greeted us, we knew that we were in good hands. While we were on the showroom floor and during the test drive, he put us at ease and made us comfortable. And although he was motivated to sell us a car (obviously...that's his job), he was not aggressive or pushy. Jon was knowledgeable and informative. He really listened to what my husband and I were looking for in our next car. And he encouraged us to select a make and model based on the features that we said were most important (or not) to us.

It was the same type of experience when it came to the negotiation process and the final sale. Jon made it clear that he wanted to do everything in his power to secure our purchase that day. But we also knew that he would respect our decision if we told him that we wanted to wait. Instead, we worked with him to get a fair price for a car that we absolutely fell in love with. Jon even secured us a loaner vehicle while we waited for the new car to come in, because they didn't have the color that I wanted in their showroom.

I can't speak highly enough of Jon and the entire San Francisco Honda team that worked with us. We encourage anyone in the Bay Area looking to by a car to visit San Francisco Honda and to ask for Jon. Dealt with Angel, Van, Daniella and Jon. All the are stars! Really recommend. Angel was my salesperson and did a really good job (ended up buying a 2024 odyssey). Van is the general manager and gave me a good deal on trade-in (saving me some time). Daniella did the finances for my purchase - and was excellent. Jon helped me set-up my blue-tooth - super friendly and very helpful! Good job team, ty for everything!

I had a really good experience here! My mom and I were looking for car options and decided to stop at this Honda dealership. The salesman who helped us, Du, was super helpful and accommodating. He answered all my mom's questions and really tried to find a car that fits her needs. I also really appreciated his patience especially because my mom's first language is not English. He took the time to really listen and understand what she was looking for.

I can't say enough about the great service I got from Jessie Collins at SF Honda. She is the consummate sales person--patient, knowledgeable, personable and fun! She is not hard-sell in the least. She's more interested in the customer's happiness with the vehicle than she is in "closing the deal." If you're in the market for a Honda or Acura, go to SF Honda and ask for Jessie.
