Attending the 16th International Conference on Precision Agriculture in Manhattan, Kansas. Truly inspired by the great strides being made in the field of precision agriculture at a global level. There is a high potential for Precision Ag technologies and tools, in conjunction with on-farm experimentation approaches, to transform African agriculture. The African Plant Nutrition Institute (APNI) has contributed to the unmatched success of this event not only through sharing of our work on Precision Ag in Africa, but also through incentivising the next generation of Precision Ag experts. APNI sponsored awards for the best posters in precision nutrient management. Our very own doctoral student, Aicha Biaou, received an award for the second best poster.
