We’ve been in frequent conversations with UVA residents since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. We recognize and understand that this situation has created some unique challenges for our UVA and student parent communities.
We want to let you know that there is a new UVA-focused FAQ that will be a continuously updated go-to information website where we will attempt to answer as many of your most pressing questions as possible. Key questions and concerns we’ve been hearing about recently including if registration holds have been placed on past due student accounts, and options for dealing with wifi/internet issues.
