Since 2011, I have immersed myself in various roles within the yachting industry. Starting as a crew member, I then transitioned to roles of increasing responsibility, including serving as a PA to highprofile yacht owners, and later as the director of BWA Yachting France.
I now lead the Global Charter teams at Camper & Nicholsons, where I work hand in hand with other key departments (legal & compliance, sales, and marketing) to ensure smooth operations. I use a proactive approach to streamline processes, introduce innovative tools, and adapt strategies to meet evolving market demands and regulations.
