R&B Vocal Group 98 Degrees to Perform at Kansas Star Arena on Saturday, October 19, 2024

MULVANE– Internationally acclaimed boy band, 98 Degrees will come together to thrill Kansas Star Arena on Saturday, October 19, 2024.

Hailing from Ohio in the late-1990’s, 98 Degrees has sold 10 million records and released six gold and platinum-record status albums. The quartet’s musical journey kickstarted in the first five years of their career with chart-topping singles in collaboration with Mariah Carey and Joe and Stevie Wonder, and their hit albums, “98 Degrees and Rising,” “This Christmas” and “Revelation.” The band quickly captured worldwide attention with their self-written material, showcasing their distinct R&B influences.

In September 2001, the male-harmony group performed at Michael Jackson’s 30th Anniversary Celebration alongside other R&B artists. After more than a decade-long hiatus, the four-man group reunited to release an album in 2013, “2.0,” and go on tour in summer 2016, where they played several sold-out shows.

Finally, in 2017, 98 Degrees released their first full-length Christmas album in 18 years titled, “Let It Snow,” which was a follow up to their 1999 multi-platinum selling, “This Christmas.” Due to both critics and fans glowing reviews, the band went on to perform in cities around the United States and on Good Morning America, the Today Show and more.

Doors open at 7 pm, with 98 Degrees taking the stage at 8 pm. Tickets go on-sale Friday July 19, 2024, at 10:00 am and start at $45. Tickets are available for purchase at kansasstar.boydgaming.comwww.ticketmaster.com or by visiting Boyd Rewards at the Kansas Star Casino.
