Bug: "Tor check" and "WHOIS" edit history for single IP

Could someone please move all ~180 non-redirect subpages of Strategy/Wikimedia movement/2018-20/Recommendations to become subpages of Movement Strategy/Recommendations to resolve the very old phab:T322486?
