Fans of The Boys have been treated to another hilarious and horrifying moment as the latest episode of the Amazon Prime series saw a character grow a baby leg after hers was sawed off.
The Boys season four has been filled with shock moments as an Oscar-winning legend played an octopus who has sex with people, and one episode featured a graphic human centipede-inspired sex scene.
The latest episode was no different from the rest of the season as the gore and body horror was a key theme throughout.
One scene saw the lead character Homelander rip a superhero named Webweaver in half – literally – after falsely believing he was the leak in the team. Another saw Chase Crawford’s character the Deep murder his octopus girlfriend in cold blood.
But it was a disturbing moment towards the end of the episode that has really stuck with fans.
One scene saw Kimiko injected in the ankle with the virus that kills supes. To save her life, Frenchie aggressively sawed her leg off while the cheery song Steal My Sunshine by Len played.
Because of her regenerative superhero powers, Kimiko was quickly saved and a few moments later could be seen growing a tiny baby leg.
While many viewers were happy the beloved character survived, many were freaked out by this blink-and-you-‘ll-miss-it moment, particularly when her character began wiggling her tiny baby toes in the corner of the shot.
Fans rushed to X to share their disgust and say they couldn’t take their eyes off this freaky moment.

‘This the boys series is messed up it’s so funny,’ said MugiwaranoDavi1.
Fans were also quick to suggest that this little joke might have been a reference to Deadpool 2 when the eponymous character grows baby legs after his are cut off.
‘Thinking back to Deadpool 2 with the baby legs. I’m glad she at least survived, they almost got me,’ Myles523 commented.
‘Rocking the Deadpool leg,’ profclarke_BR joked on X.
Some fans were shocked to see clips and photos of this brief moment appear on social media as they totally missed this little joke the first time they watched the episode.
‘I didn’t even notice that,’ MattoChatto said on X.
‘How did I miss this??? lmao,’ said Miaonfilm.
This seventh episode was the penultimate one for the season as season four is set to wrap up next week in what is likely to be an explosive finale.
It has been somewhat bittersweet for fans as it was revealed last month that The Boys would be coming to a close after season five.
Eric Kripke, the show creator, took to X to reveal: ‘#TheBoys Season 4 Premiere Week is a good time to announce: Season 5 will be the Final Season!
‘Always my plan, I just had to be cagey till I got the final OK from Vought. Thrilled to bring the story to a gory, epic, moist climax.’
