People have been left utterly horrified after watching a scene in a new Amazon Prime Video series where a sausage has sex with a human.

Yes, it’s just as surreal and grotesque as you could possibly imagine.

(For the purposes of this article, we reluctantly watched the scene so you don’t have to. You’re welcome).

The scene in question comes from Sausage Party: Foodtopia, the animated spin-off from the 2016 film Sausage Party, which was the brainchild of Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg and Jonah Hill.

Following the events of the movie, the sausage Frank (Seth) and his friends have created a safe haven called Foodtopia, where the anthropomorphic food characters can live in peace without fear of being eaten.

However, when a flood threatens their existence, they’re forced to work with humans to try and save their destroyed land.

At the end of the trailer for the series, a human called Jack (Will Forte) announces: ‘You hear that world? I’m in love with a hot dog!’

So maybe it shouldn’t have come as too much of a shock when in episode six, Jack and Frank share an extremely graphic sex scene that will now – devastatingly – be seared onto our brains forever.

In short – there’s snogging, licking, rubbing, penetration and an ejaculation. Everything that we did not need in a scene between a sausage and a human.

It’s clear from several people who’ve watched the show just how revolted they feel after watching that scene play out.

‘Episode 6 of the new Sausage Party Show has genuinely one of the most f***ed up scenes I’ve ever watched in a cartoon. Only the most sick and twisted minds could’ve came up with something like that,’ @OfficialBigAnt7 wrote on X.

‘Bro what the f***?’ added @O14dimeji, while @ephhhh_ stated: ‘Was going to say the new sausage party show’s been pretty fun then I watch episode 6 😨.’

A viewer called @LucyRoaa on X remarked: ‘So I decided to watch sausage party foodtopia and it was ok then and there if you thought the movie ending was crazy bad well I say episode 6 left me terrified.’

@lemonicedz agreed, sharing: ‘Sausage Party Foodtopia is the kind of s**t you wanna watch when you’re baked lol that episode 6 was gross as f**k jfc.’

@kyanzilla described the show as ‘f**king awful’, adding: ‘Good lord what did I witness.’

We’re not sure there are enough words to really summarise how we’re feeling right now.
