An actor who appeared on Charmed hasn’t aged 25 years after he was seen on the hit series.
Running from 1998 until 2006, the show followed three sisters, known as the Charmed Ones, the most powerful good witches of all time, who use their combined Power of Three to protect innocent lives from evil beings such as demons and warlocks.
Each of them possessed unique magical powers while also attempting to maintain normal lives in modern-day San Francisco.
The main characters of the first three seasons were Prue (Shannen Doherty), Piper (Holly Marie Combs) and Phoebe Halliwell (Alyssa Milano).
After Shannen left the series in 2001, which then saw her character killed off, she was replaced by Rose McGowan as the long-lost younger half-sister Paige Matthews from season four.
Also appearing on the show was Ted King, who went by T.W. King at the time.
The actor played Andrew ‘Andy’ Trudeau, a detective for the San Francisco Police Department.
He was introduced in season one as the Halliwell sisters; childhood friend, and Prue’s high school sweetheart and first love.
The detective was then coincidentally assigned to almost every police case involving the sisters and eventually discovered they are witches.
However, in the season one finale, Andy was killed by the demon Rodriguez (Carlos Gomez), who was also one of the Internal Affairs officers that was investigating Andy’s unsolved cases.
After appearing on Charmed, Ted played Luis Alcazar on General Hospital until his character was killed off, however he later returned to the series as his character’s identical younger brother.
He then appeared on shows like Sex and the City, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Frasier, Prison Break, Elementary and NCIS.
Born in Hollywood, Ted studied film direction at the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University and in has also worked in film editing and been involved in the theatre industry.
It’s now been 25 years since the actor appeared on Charmed, but he doesn’t appear to have aged since his time on the show.
The 58-year-old shares regular updates of his life with his 10,000 Instagram followers.
However, he is also still appearing on screens, having played Jack Finnegan on the long-running soap The Bold and the Beautiful since 2021.
He won his first Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Guest Performer in a Drama Series for his role as Jack in 2022.
The actor has been married to Maya Rodwell since 2008, with the couple sharing two daughters.
Last month Ted also paid tribute to his former Charmed co-star Doherty following her death aged 53.
Sharing a photo of their characters embracing, he wrote: ‘We created a special television couple for the ages. My heart goes out to your family. Rest in peace Shannen, rest in peace. #shannendoherty #andyandprue #charmed.’
