All of this would not be possible without fully dedicated teams spread across Europe and Americas.
My work as a PM includes full cycle release management, with having in mind rigorous testing of main web variables for performance,quality, security and many more.
We stive for excellence while maintaining a family and close collaborative atmosphere in our teams.
In this project I'm using couple of skills out of which,from My humble POV, few are keeping to enable success for our teammates, success for our client and success for our company:
Preparing our daily activities early a
consult with our team at the stray of the day, collaborate on priorities and support on all topics needed. Share/ask for feedback early during the process of creation and improve daily.
