Search MRSC's extensive Sample Document Library for examples of local government resolutions, ordinances, policies, and more! We have thousands of samples from cities, counties, and special purpose districts across Washington State, and we are always looking for more.

How to Use the Library
Search Sample Documents is the most powerful option, allowing you to search our entire collection of sample documents by keyword. In the search results, you will see the title of each document, jurisdiction, and year adopted. Most documents also include a short description that provides additional context such as the policy approach taken or the appropriate RCW citation. You can also use the drop-down menu to search specific categories such as policies, ordinances, RFPs, job descriptions, etc.
Browse Sample Documents by Type allows you to see all the sample documents in our library by type of document. You will see the title of each document, jurisdiction, and year it was adopted.
