Happy 2nd anniversary to our Karyna!🌼   Meet Karyna, her dedication and growth have been remarkable! We caught up with her to get the scoop on her journey, the skills she’s picked up, and what she loves about working here, check out her insights:   𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐞 𝐮𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐚𝐭 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐭 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩? I began working at Grodt Group two years ago as a finance assistant. It was my first job in Malta, and I was doing this while completing my master degree in Italy. I started with the typical responsibilities associated with my role, but then i was promoted to finance executive and given more interesting responsibilities that I find enjoyable and fulfilling I am grateful of everything the CEO taught me and the faith he put in my skills. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐯𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐣𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐭 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩? Over the course of these two years, my team expanded, which gave me the chance to develop my leadership and teamwork skills.  When it comes to hard skills, my supervisor gave me a lot of freedom and trust to try out new tools, which helped me acquire up and improve a lot of abilities. 🌟Marking 4 Amazing Years with Charlotte!🌟   We asked Charlotte to share a bit about her journey, her team, and how she spends her free time. Here’s what she had to say:   𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝  𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐞 𝐮𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐚𝐭 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐭 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩? I began at GRODT four years ago in a small Customer Support team. Over time, I joined the Payments team and then became VIP Manager, a role I've held for over two years. My greatest achievement was being given the responsibility to build the VIP service from scratch. With their trust and support, I've excelled and continually seeking improvement, and remain deeply loyal and confident in GRODT's growth. The company excels at offering opportunities to dedicated members, as they did for me and many others.   𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬? What I value most about my team is our strong cohesion and closeness, especially during challenging times with heavier workloads. We show kindness, support, and determination, which I highly appreciate. The team's ambition is exactly what we need to stay on top. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐨 𝐢𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞? In my free time, i enjoy traveling, trying new activities, and spending days at home watching series.
