I am a highly experienced professional with over a decade of experience in supporting and promoting agribusinesses through seed funding, technical assistance, investment readiness coaching, and networking.

Throughout my career, I have gained a deep understanding of inclusive smallholder financing models, agribusiness incubation and acceleration, and agriculture value chain financing. My passion for supporting agribusinesses is deeply rooted in my personal experiences. Growing up in Malawi, I witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by smallholder farmers, including limited access to finance, lack of market linkages, and inadequate technical support. These experiences have motivated me to dedicate my career to improving the livelihoods of smallholder farmers through the development of innovative financing solutions and the promotion of sustainable agricultural practices.

My unique combination of private sector and international development experience has provided me with a unique perspective on sustainable agribusiness development. I am very passionate about improving farmers' access to high-quality inputs, markets, finance, and business development services.

As a professional in the agriculture industry, I have had the opportunity to develop and implement various strategies that have helped agribusinesses grow and become more sustainable. I believe in working collaboratively with stakeholders in the agriculture sector to address the challenges facing the industry and to identify innovative solutions.
