We've been working on the Community Alchemy guide for 1.5 years now. This is a compilation of our research, our interviews, and our personal lived experiences in the world of recreating society at community scale. Having worked with diverse projects, we've found this approach to be comprehensive and effective. While the journey is seldom linear, these steps provide a logical progression, each building upon the other as a foundation. This is how we lead the projects that we work with, with an understanding that these are the key steps to take.
