Over the past 18 years I have represented global manufacturing and logistics firms with their real estate requirements in Northern Mexico and Texas. Successful transactions include competitive build-to-suit negotiations, new lease acquisitions and renewals. On average, me and my team handle over 5 million SF annually along the border. This experience means my clients have the advantage of unmatched insight into local real estate trends, including a large pool of recent transactions with all of the industrial real estate owners in this region. This knowledge allows me to effectively advise my clients in what is often an obscure and fast moving real estate market. At the end of a transaction, my clients know they used the most recent information to make the best possible real estate decision.
