Furthermore, I have a proven track record in building strategic partnerships as an advertiser, agency, and digital from Sales and Marketing positions. My experience spans various industries with a strong foundation in thought leadership and relationship building, I have successfully collaborated with Fortune 500 companies to deliver results recognized with innovation and growth awards which enabled me to serve as a change speaker, podcast host, and board member.
I was born in Colombia, lived in Canada, and settled in Mexico 8 years ago. My Ikigai, reason for being, has been to have a significative impact on myself and others towards:
1. My Profession: Has focused on driving businesses and individual's transformative growth, fostering their potential. I have done it for leading global companies such as Google, Danone, and GSK; in startups, being Co-Founder of two in Education; and for NGOs, being a driving force to cement and promote causes such as Google for Non-Profits Colombia, Endeavor Her, Woman for Education, among others.
2. My Passion: Is to promote business models that generate profitability and impact.
3. My Mission: Is to care about others daily to grow.
4. My Vocation: Is to catalyze causes such as Self-mastery, Education, and Entrepreneurship. Acting as Co-Founder of the Edlatam, the most recognized Education Community and Innovation Hub in Latam; Managing Director of the Ibero-American EdTech Association (NGO); and Mentor/Advisor/Judge at Endeavor, Google for Startups, Mass Challenge, New Ventures, and Catalyst.
5. My greatest challenge is to continue dreaming big, doing it big, and enjoying the journey.
Last but not least, I´m a curious relearner towards the overall mastery of self as a practice to continually build my next version and evolve alongside my family (mom of Patricio and Marcelo), as I discover new destinies; try new flavors; decorate spaces; hunt art and practice sports such as running, water skiing and diving.
