More than 30 years industry experience with cross brand exposure including three successful hotel openings such as the St. Regis Mallorca or the Aloft Abu Dhabi. Established proficiency in different Hotel models such as Downtown Urban, Airport, Luxury Resort, Beach & Spa and Congress. With strong Operations and Commercial background, I currently report directly to the Mexico Area Vice President. Leading operations, finance, sales and revenue management of a 240-headcount Luxury Life Style Hotel of 237 rooms, 2 Food & Beverage venues and strong banquet operation. In addition to running the operations, results are delivered by retailing the F&B concepts and venues with the Marketing Manager, accelerating room sales through every possible revenue stream in liaison with the Director of Sales and maximizing income through daily analysis, planning and executing strategy together with the Revenue Manager. I am also a certified Six-Sigma Black Belt and have specialized two and a half years in process change and improvement methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, Blue Ocean Strategy with the objective of adding value to a hotel product and redesigning the operations to make our business more profitable.
