    Launched in 2020 a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for a financial wellness subscription product, which later evolved into a final product contributing significantly to revenue. The product includes insurance benefits, assistance services, discounts, informative financial wellness reports, and privileged access to interest-free credit.

  • Microinsurance for Financially Vulnerable Individuals

    With the aim of reaching the most vulnerable sector (91% of the Mexican population without insurance), I led the creation of insurance and assistance with the support of "IKE Asistencias". The product consisted of an individual subscription ranging from USD $1.00 to $5.00 monthly. I conceived the product, negotiated with various parties, and placed the product on the platform through a 100% digital contracting flow.

    In collaboration with a consulting firm specializing in digital and financial innovation and a cooperative with a significant presence in Oaxaca, I led the implementation of the use of the "Puntaje Destácame" (Destácame Score) to enable the cooperative to grant credit to the most marginalized users in Oaxaca, solely using basic documents and their electricity bill with CFE.

  • Restructuring of Loyalty Program for Travel Agents

    With the support and flexibility offered by the General Director of Avianca for Mexico, I restructured a loyalty program that had been initiated by a colleague (Axel Villalobos). I automated a user flow that was previously very manual and adopted a reward redemption scheme for travel agents through electronic wallets via our provider “SiVale”. The result was a 1700% increase in our number of enrolled participants, allowing us to strongly incentivize monthly sales.
