The Opportunity
The Merchandise Route Planner t will lead development and execution of the National Transformation GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies covering multiple aspects of GTM service and capability. This position will support all end to end Direct to Store build with back-end scheduling of all merchandising support. This role will also be responsible with engineering in test markets nationally as a part of the route engineering COE, partnering with the Transformation Team, to ensure process compliance for delivery and scheduling. This position will support in building ecommerce strategic delivery routes with SAP build and system compliance. Strong collaboration, communication, and influence skills are required.

Your Impact
Your responsibilities would consist of:
- Leverage analytics and innovation tools to allow for efficient execution of Precision GTM solutions
- Collaborate and influence within the cross functional teams with both HQ and Field Partners
- Support delivery of executable strategies that maximize GTM principles (drop size, Ecomm, optimization, segmented delivery and merchandising) focused on improved execution.
- Ensure all project design principals are being implemented and technology tools are fully utilized within program guardrails
Who Are We Looking For?
- English language proficiency, both verbal and written (CEFR, Level C1 or C2)
- Must be able to travel to US periodically
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience preferred
- A minimum of 4+ years’ in Go to Market (GTM) experience preferred
- Consumer packaged goods experience in a direct store delivery environment
- Highly motivated individual with excellent communication, influencing, and follow up skills
- Must effectively schedule and prioritize workload
- Ability to manage the details of multiple projects & make complex situations simple
- Strong analytical and systems capabilities skillset
