At UCSI International School, our Co-Curricular Activities (CCA) Programme goes beyond just providing fun and engaging experiences—it’s a vital part of shaping our students into well-rounded global citizens. But just as importantly, our CCA programme helps students discover what doesn’t spark their interest, which is equally valuable. Knowing what they’re not drawn to is part of the exploration process, helping them refine their strengths and chart their unique paths. Through diverse activities—from sports and the arts to tech and community service—our students gain hands-on experience, develop a growth mindset, and learn the value of resilience. At UCSI International School Kuala Lumpur, we are dedicated to fostering innovation and creativity through robotics! This year, we've expanded our Secondary Design & Technology curriculum to include a dedicated robotics unit each term. Our students are now diving into the world of robotics, learning to build, code, and think creatively as they follow instructions and experiment with different robotics sets. By engaging with advanced technology, they are developing critical problem-solving, collaboration, and technical skills that will prepare them for the future. The digital landscape is about to get a whole lot more exciting with our young innovators!

A special shoutout to Jayden Lee from UCSI International School Subang Jaya for representing Malaysia at the Thailand Invitation Ice Hockey Tournament 2024! Competing on both the U15 and U18 Malaysia Select teams, Jayden showcased his exceptional skills against top talent from Thailand, the Philippines, and China. We couldn't be prouder—way to go, Jayden! You’re a true champion on and off the ice, embodying the spirit of a global citizen.

At UCSI International School Kuala Lumpur, we believe that it is important to know the power of the iPad, so we have spent the first few weeks of our Lower Primary ICT classes running our iPad Boot Camp. Students learn how to annotate with Markup, download and submit assignments with Toddle and use their iPad for creative tasks like photography and videography. #appledistinguishedschools
