Three seminars over the course of two consecutive days. On August 30 (Friday), we conducted two seminars at SJKC Jit Sin B (Bukit Mertajam), where we shared about Good Touch Bad Touche and Cybersafety, benefiting over 300 students. I'm grateful to my co-speaker Beh Ling Ling, who has always collaborated seamlessly with me around schools on the mainland, and to the four volunteers Angel YenPing Angelyn Low Hwooi Foo and Jennifer Lim. Due to the rising of Child Sexual Abuse issues in the society, the school was particularly concerned about their students' safety. They believe students must have this knowledge, which led to an increased number of participants. Despite this, the event was well managed, thanks to the support of the volunteers. I hope the students gained a lot from it. On Merdeka Day (August 31 - Saturday), I was honoured to be invited by the Pearl Garden, Simpang Ampat's management committee to conduct a short seminar as part of their Malaysia National Day colouring contest activities. Due to time constraints, I condensed the session into 30 minutes. During the seminar, we began with the song "Head, Shoulders, Knees, and Toes" to engage the children. Following this, the children (aged 3 to 12) learned about Good Touches and Bad Touches, emphasising the importance of being brave enough to reject any touches that make them feel uncomfortable or unhappy. Approximately 50 children participated in the programme.
