Clinical Psychologist // Putting mental wellbeing at the forefront

Graduated with a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Universiti Sains Malaysia. My prior experiences stem from working with both children and adults, delivering psychological assessments and intervention. During my clinical training, I was exposed to multidisciplinary mental healthcare settings, and have met clients with various diagnoses and socioeconomic backgrounds. Existingly, I serve as the Lead Resiliency Coach - overseeing a team of mental health professionals while providing psychological support to the employees of our corporate client.

As a mental health practitioner, I strive to express empathy, provide validation, and help clients navigate their difficulties. I am always keen to learn and improve on my therapeutic skills.
