• Achieved $50M of Capital Avoidance and Savings in 2010 by utilizing reuse tools from VF network and driving commitment from Engineering and Manufacturing for tool fungibility.
• Managed Intel’s factory ramp in 2009 successfully, to produce 7.6M units and 33.5M units of Microprocessors and Chipset products respectively and achieved a USD50M of capital avoidance with my leadership in driving cross factory teams to meet productivity improvement targets and cross factory capital tool allocation management.
