    • Develop, test, validate and release new AOI test programs based on IPC standard specifications for various OEM customers for NPI, FA, Pre-Pilot/Pilot builds.
    • Validate and modify Engineering Change Notifications (ECN).
    • Responsible for implementation of Structural Test on products. Requires team based interactions between site NPI Engineering, customer Design Engineering and Business Management to accomplish NPI within schedule.
    • Train new hires (technicians/engineers) on AOI machine software application, hardware, calibrations and preventive maintenance.
    • The training scope also includes the setup and implementation of Agilent ITF (Intelligent Test Framework) used for data acquisition, client applications and test data storage.
    • Train trainers and validate production operators on AOI inspection process.
    • Prepare and conduct assessments based on skill matrix for improvement of technical skills to maintain a proper support team structure.
    • Manage and lead Product Engineers and technicians on AOI application and hardware aspects across Jabil Circuit Penang sites.
    • Prepare, validate and approve Standard Work Procedures, Work Instruction and Visual Aids as per the Jabil and customers’ audit requirements.
    • Conduct case studies, technical reports and presentations for higher management and customers review.
    • Liaise with equipment suppliers, customers, JABIL Global AOI Users and Advance Manufacturing Technology Group in assessing and improving various AOI projects and Best Practices.
    • Perform new AOI application software installation, software patching, upgrade and ITF data migration.
    • Develop and validate new triggering tools to automate manual data entry processes.
