• Established a departmentally synchronized Master Development Schedule for each project, serving as the primary reference for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Developed a standardized format that acts as a tracking system for 3D and 2D drawing receipt from Japan R&D division, enabling both sides to be alerted of upcoming due date for timely action.

Also tasked with 3D designing of in-house checking jigs and drafted technical drawings for seats and their child parts.

• Familiarized with various manufacturing processes such as 3D bending, metal pressing/stamping, injection moulding, die casting, PU foaming, parts welding, and seat trim sewing.
• Created a total of 4 comprehensive Master Parts List exclusively for new models to facilitate better channelling of information between different departments.
• Designed more than 20 checking jigs to verify assembly parts accuracy and facilitate error detection, improving parts checking efficiency by ~4900%.
