    - Decision making on the basic business operating related matter eg. decided to reroute all the parts shipped out by US without any notice which resulted a sum of import duty over RM40k if acknowledged. No way to contact the MD so self declared a wrong shipment and negotiated with custom to reroute back the shipment to Singapore and request for a waiver of penalty RM5k at the end.
