Make an impact

• Ensuring HR operation services such as payroll, issuance of official letter, HR processes are in in placed and managed efficiently and data quality is in accurate.
• Key users in Success Factors to ensure all processes are being managed efficiently and in governance according to global standard rules
• Extend support to HR Business Partner / local HR Services for initiatives roll out.
• Example : onboarding arrangement, all letters preparation, work permit arrangement, OT claims check & compilation, travel restriction updates based on country, MyWas related matters, training administration and etc.

Bring to the team

• At least 10 years of experience in HR Operations
• Experienced in using Success Factor before
• Friendly and systematic process- oriented person
• Worked in MNC previously
