Report on sports wagering revenue in August posted
The North Carolina State Lottery Commission on Monday released its monthly sports betting revenue report for August. The report compiles the sports betting revenue as submitted by the eight licensed interactive sports betting operators. Between Aug. 1 and Aug. 31, account holders in North Carolina bet $370,484,774 on sports events, including paid wagering revenue and promo wagering revenue. From those bets, they won $333,707,885. The North Carolina State Lottery Commission on Monday released its monthly sports wagering revenue report for July. The report compiles the sports wagering revenue as submitted by the eight licensed interactive sports wagering operators. Between July 1 and July 31, account holders in North Carolina wagered $340,375,353 on sports events, including paid wagering revenue and promo wagering revenue. The report compiles the sports wagering activity in June as submitted by the eight licensed interactive sports wagering operators. Between June 1 and June 30, account holders in North Carolina wagered $398,251,464 on sports events, including paid wagering revenue and promo wagering revenue.
